Communication of personal data to partners
We use Piwik PRO Analytics Suite to collect data on website visitors based on online identifiers. We create user profiles based on users' browsing history and site usage metrics such as bounce rate and page views. The data will be hosted in France1 for a maximum period of 25 months (Data processing purpose: analysis, conversion tracking based on consent, legal basis: art. 6 (1) (a) RGPD). Piwik PRO Analytics Suite is also used to create aggregated data sets relating to the use of our site, as part of the processing necessary for the proper functioning of the site. Below, you can deactivate any data collection.
Hyperlinks and cookies
The https://www.lneschool.com website contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the authorization of Anode. However, Anode is not in a position to check the content of sites visited in this way, and consequently assumes no responsibility in this respect. Browsing the https://www.lneschool.com website may result in the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the user to be identified, but which records information relating to the browsing of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing of the site, and is also used to measure visitor numbers. Refusal to install a cookie may make it impossible to access certain services. Users may, however, configure their computers as follows to refuse the installation of cookies:
- On Internet Explorer: Tools tab (cog-shaped icon at top right) / Internet options. Click on Confidentiality and choose Block all cookies. Confirm with Ok.
- On Firefox: at the top of the browser window, click on the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click on the Privacy tab. Set the Retention Rules to: use personalized settings for history. Finally, uncheck it to disable cookies.
- On Safari: Click on the menu icon (symbolized by a cog) in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click on “Content settings”. In the “Cookies” section, you can block cookies.
- On Chrome: Click on the menu icon (symbolized by three horizontal lines) in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click on preferences. In the “Confidentiality” tab, you can block cookies.
In addition to your right to withdraw your consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” button at the bottom of the page, you may exercise your right to access, rectify, delete or port your data.
